Who We Are

Airoreservations.com is an online travel agency (OTA) that helps you search for and book flights, hotels, car rentals, and travel packages. We act as an agent — we connect you with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers. We are not the airline or hotel ourselves.

When you book through Airoreservations.com, your contract for travel services is directly with the airline or hotel (the "Travel Supplier"). Our role is to facilitate that booking on your behalf.

By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or calling our customer service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into contracts, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Using Our Website

Airoreservations.com grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use our website strictly for the purpose of researching and booking travel for yourself or others on whose behalf you are legally authorized to act.

You agree NOT to:

  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract fares or data from our site
  • Make speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings
  • Reproduce, copy, or resell any content or fares found on our platform
  • Interfere with our website's security or proper functioning
  • Provide false passenger information at the time of booking

We reserve the right to cancel bookings and suspend accounts where misuse is detected.

Making a Booking

When you search for travel on our platform, fares displayed are subject to availability and can change at any time. A booking is only confirmed once:

  • Full payment has been received and processed successfully
  • A booking confirmation email with a ticket number (for flights) or reservation number (for hotels/cars) has been sent to you
  • The Travel Supplier has confirmed the reservation

Until all three conditions are met, your booking is NOT confirmed. Airoreservations.com is not responsible for fares that change between the time you search and the time your payment is processed.

Passenger Name Rule: The name on your booking must exactly match the name on your government-issued photo ID or passport. Incorrect names can result in denied boarding. Name changes after ticketing may not be permitted by airlines and are subject to fees.

Third-Party Bookings

If you are booking on behalf of other travellers, you confirm that you have their consent, have shared these Terms with them, and take responsibility for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Payments & Service Fees

All fares displayed on Airoreservations.com include applicable taxes, government fees, and fuel surcharges unless clearly stated otherwise. In addition, Airoreservations.com charges a service fee for processing your booking. This service fee is displayed before you complete payment and covers the cost of our platform and customer support.

Key Points About Fees:

  • Service fees are non-refundable in most circumstances
  • Post-ticketing fees may apply for changes, cancellations, or refund processing
  • All fees are charged on a per-passenger, per-ticket basis
  • If a refund is not approved by the airline, our post-ticketing service fee will be refunded to you

We accept major credit/debit cards. By entering your card details, you authorize us to charge the full amount shown at checkout. For security purposes, we may carry out identity verification checks, which do not affect your credit score.

Airline Rules & Fare Conditions

Every flight fare comes with specific rules set by the airline — these are called "fare conditions." These conditions govern whether your ticket is:

  • Refundable or non-refundable
  • Changeable or non-changeable (and at what cost)
  • Valid for one journey or multiple journeys
  • Subject to blackout dates or routing restrictions

Most discounted economy fares are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please review the fare conditions shown during checkout before completing your purchase.

Airoreservations.com has no control over the rules set by airlines. We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection insurance at the time of booking if there is any chance your plans might change.

Changes & Cancellations

24-Hour Cancellation Window

In accordance with standard travel industry practice, bookings cancelled within 24 hours of purchase (where the departure date is at least 7 days away) may be eligible for a full refund of the base fare. Our service fees may still apply. Please contact us promptly to exercise this option.

Cancellations After 24 Hours

After 24 hours, cancellation eligibility depends entirely on the fare rules of your specific ticket. Many discounted fares do not permit cancellations or refunds. If the airline allows a cancellation, a refund processing fee charged by Airoreservations.com will apply on a per-passenger basis.

Airline-Initiated Cancellations

If your flight is cancelled by the airline, you are generally entitled to a full refund or rebooking at no charge (as per airline policy). Contact us immediately so we can assist in processing your request. Refunds from airlines typically take 60–90 days to process and reflect in your account.

Changes to Bookings

Date, route, or passenger changes are subject to airline change fees plus a Airoreservations.com post-ticketing service fee. Any fare difference between your original ticket and the new one must also be paid by you.

Baggage Allowance

Baggage policies — including carry-on allowances, checked baggage fees, and weight limits — are set entirely by the airline and can vary by route, class of travel, and fare type. Airoreservations.com displays baggage information where available but cannot guarantee its accuracy at all times, as airlines update their policies frequently.

We strongly encourage you to verify baggage rules directly with the airline before your travel date. Airoreservations.com is not liable for baggage fees charged at the airport that were not anticipated at the time of booking.

Our Liability

Airoreservations.com acts as an intermediary between you and Travel Suppliers. We are not responsible for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by airlines
  • Hotel overbookings or changes in hotel amenities
  • Acts of nature, government travel restrictions, or force majeure events
  • Loss, damage, or delay of baggage
  • Inaccurate information provided by Travel Suppliers

Our maximum liability to you in connection with any booking will not exceed the total amount you paid to Airoreservations.com (excluding taxes and third-party fees).

Travel Documentation: It is your sole responsibility to ensure you hold a valid passport, visa, or any entry documentation required for your destination. Airoreservations.com accepts no liability for denied boarding or entry due to missing or invalid travel documents.

Your Account

If you create an account on Airoreservations.com, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity carried out under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or are used to abuse our pricing, promotions, or refund processes.

Disputes & Governing Law

We always aim to resolve concerns quickly and fairly. If you have a complaint, please contact our Customer Support team first. Most issues are resolved within a few business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action. These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any unresolved disputes may be escalated through appropriate legal channels.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining Terms continue to apply in full.
