Airoreservations.com is a travel booking platform. When you purchase a flight, hotel, or car rental through us, the refund eligibility is primarily determined by the Travel Supplier's rules (the airline, hotel chain, or car rental company) — not solely by us.
We act as your agent to submit cancellation and refund requests to the supplier on your behalf. Our role is to facilitate the process. This means:
Always check the fare conditions displayed during checkout. Fares labeled "Non-Refundable" generally cannot be refunded regardless of circumstances.
In line with standard travel industry guidelines, we offer a risk-free cancellation window of 24 hours from the time of booking, provided that your departure date is at least 7 days away.

Confirmation
Once submitted, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. Keep this for your records.
Refund Processing
